Back in November, we celebrated our 5 year anniversary and just for fun, we took a look back at the numbers. In 5 years we had just over 7000 ultrasound and photography sessions at Over the Womb. This means that we have served thousands of middle Tennessee families since we opened in 2014!
We know that you count on us to provide a great experience for you at Over the Womb. So we decided to celebrate 5 years in business by doing a few studio upgrades, to enhance your experience! (Then we did a few more.) And you better believe we have more in store for 2020.
So What’s New at OTW?
1.Our Website
For starters, we have redone our website top to bottom to make it quicker, prettier, and of course to make your booking process seamless. We wanted to make sure our online client experience is as good as our in-studio client experience.
2.We are Paperless
After you book your appointment with us online we send you a digital waiver. That means no more filling out paperwork at the studio before each appointment. You can fill in and sign your paperwork right from your phone and it submits to us automatically.
3.We included Digital Downloads with all of our packages
After your session, you will get an email with a digital download of all your images. It's included with all of our ultrasound and our photography packages now. This means no more images on disks. You can download all your images right to your phone or computer and easily print them or send them to friends and family.
4.The Gender reveal Experience
We know that our biggest groups usually come to celebrate gender reveals so we had to add a little extra fun and excitement for everyone.
Our 9 by 12-foot screen is the biggest baby screen in Tennessee.
And we gave it an awesome upgrade! We added LED lights to bring you a one of a kind gender reveal experience. So when the moment of truth comes we can announce your baby’s gender with pink or blue lights! (And don’t worry you still have the option to hide the gender if you are planning a separate reveal.)
5.The Ultrasound Studio Makeover
We gave the whole ultrasound studio some extra love. We added fresh paint to the walls and a huge brand new reclining sectional. We want you to get all the homey cozy vibes when you walk into this space. Whether you bring a big group or just come as a couple you will be able to relax and enjoy your time with your baby.
6.The lighting upgrade in the Photography Studio
In the past 5 years, we have really found that our clients are really drawn to our light bright images. So to help us really master that look we did some updates in the photography studio.
We updated all of our studio lighting! That huge umbrella is a whopping 84 inches wide and it creates a big area of beautiful soft light which is what gives our photos that light bright style we are known for.
7.We Added More wraps and backdrops to choose from
We have continued to update our stock of fabric wraps, backdrops, and layers. We have brought in more of our most requested colors including beautiful creams, mauves, mustard gold, and olive greens.
Then we added coordinating outfits, bonnets, and hairbows so that we can continue to make every session styled and unique.
We plan on bringing some fun mini session setups into the mix this year. Stay tuned for more info on those.
8. THIS BLOG
Finally, we added a cool feature to our website and its this blog!. Check out our first Welcome post to see what we have planned for the blog and give us your input on what you would like to see.
